Well, a lot of changes have been taking place for me lately. Since early 2010, I opened my own business, completed a seven month seminar series on Integrated Craniosacral Therapy, took a Neuromuscular Therapy (NMT) Assessment seminar that helped refine my NMT techniques, learned a bit about Active Isolated Stretching (which is so simple for anyone to learn and oh-so effective!), and am just about complete with my first assistant teaching role of an NMT class. It has been a great year so far!
Just as I feel things were beginning to really ramp up for me at Bodywork Ultra, another change is on the horizon. In the next few months, Bodywork Ultra will be relocating from Atlanta to the Minneapolis-St Paul, MN area. I will truly miss working with my clients...it's been so wonderful getting to know each of you.
Bodywork Ultra will remain open in Atlanta through the end of September. If you are ever in the Twin Cities, make sure to stop in to say "hey". Stay tuned for details on the new Twin Cities location!
